PPHU EUROHANDEL started its activity 20 years ago. Currently we employ over 30 people. We are a manufacturer of electrical and electrotechnical equipment and our domain is the production of lighting fixtures, surface mounted boxes, electrical glands and ventilation. Our business profile is a wide range of products for the electrical industry, but we also process plastics and metal for the customer.
We specialize in processing thermoplastic plastics and as one of the few companies in Europe we possess technology and knowledge necessary to process thermoset plastics (Bakelite). Additionally, we also deal with metal processing and aluminum injection. We are constantly modernizing and developing our machine park. We own several injection molding machines for plastics and presses used for production of Bakelite elements. These are machines with forces ranging from 30 to 200 tons. We also have a lot of peripheral equipment, used for maximum utilization of materials and energy during the production process.
Having operated on the European markets for many years, we can boast a large number of customers in Poland, as well as in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, France, Bulgaria, Portugal, Slovenia, Finland, Romania, Austria, Denmark and Croatia. In connection with Poland's accession to the European Union we have also applied for the European ENEC certificate, which is a requirement for selling our products in Scandinavia.
For many years of its activity, PPHU EUROHANDEL relied on lighting fittings dedicated to traditional sources of light in the form of tungsten filament bulbs, which are characterised by high power consumption and relatively low luminous efficiency (the so-called E-27 thread).
Bearing in mind the particular concern for the environment and acting in accordance with legal requirements of the European Commission, the company EUROHANDEL decided to undertake a comprehensive modernization of manufactured luminaires and adapting them to the implementation of energy-saving solutions based on LEDs.
The development of LED technology caused a significant increase in the luminous power of diodes, which made it possible to use this type of light source as general lighting in apartments or public buildings (LIGHTING FITTINGS produced by EUROHANDEL are dedicated to this type of interiors). To further reduce the consumption of electricity, most of our luminaires have been equipped with motion and dusk sensors.
It is also worth emphasizing the fact that all products manufactured by EUROHANDEL are certified by the Research and Certification Department ZETOM, which as a notified body in the European Union, fully supervises the production processes of lighting fittings.
Continuous development of the company is also related to the production on commission on the tools entrusted by the customer. Qualified engineering staff and twenty years of experience in plastics processing allowed us to build long-lasting relationships with our Customers, who appreciate both our broad competence and flexibility in the production process.
Additionally, we would like to mention that we cooperate with many renowned tool shops in Poland and abroad, thanks to which we can act as an intermediary in contact with tool shops and provide professional advice in designing and constructing moulds on customer's request.
